menu plan monday

This week I have decided to get back on my weight loss journey, so I have chosen menus that will help encourage good eating habits for me and my family.

Breakfast daily is usually a spinach/cheese omlet, cereal, oatmeal, pancakes or waffles, bacon.

Lunch daily is usually soup, peanut butter & jelly sandwich, grilled cheese sandwich, grilled chicken nuggets, macaroni and cheese, hot dogs, leftovers from the night before, a veggie and fruit.

Dinner

Monday- Grilled salmon, brocolli, backed potato
Tuesday- Grilled chicken breast, brussel sprouts, sweet corn
Wednesday- Spaghetti, meat sauce and salad
Thursday- Grilled chicken breast, brocolli, salad
Friday- Fun Friday- maybe pizza
Saturday- Baked chicken, string beans, pasta salad
Sunday- Turkey legs, macaroni and cheese, brocolli
